2.1 Service Agreement

By engaging CreativeSignalWorks for creative advertising and campaign strategy services, you agree to the terms outlined in this specification. All services are provided from our headquarters at 88200, 16 Rue Charles de Gaulle, Remiremont, France.

2.2 Scope of Work

Each project engagement is defined by a mutually approved Technical Work Order specifying: deliverables, timeline, pricing, revision limits, and acceptance criteria. Changes to scope require a formal Change Order with adjusted pricing and timeline.

2.3 Payment Terms

Invoices are issued per the payment schedule defined in each Technical Work Order. Standard terms: 50% deposit upon project initiation, 50% upon final delivery. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. All prices are quoted in EUR and exclude applicable VAT.

2.4 Intellectual Property

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client is liable for all work completed up to the termination date. Pre-paid fees for uncompleted work are refunded within 30 business days.

4.2 Pre-Project Cancellation

If you are dissatisfied with deliverables, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the specification compliance and either revise the deliverables to meet the agreed specification or negotiate a fair adjustment.
